Charon
Integrated Maps
Charon Mapping can be accessed from within the Charon Cemetery Records
module via the Charon Integrated Maps module. This allows the user
to access the map directly when positioned on a site. Once the map
is opened in a window, the site the user is currently accessing
is automatically identified in the map. From here, the user can:

Documents
The Charon Linked Documents / Images module is able to display any
document or image from within the Charon Cemetery Management Suite.
The linked images maintenance function allows the user to link any
type of document or image with a particular record within the cemetery
management system, this module allows entry of unlimited images
per record as well as linking the same image to an unlimited number
of different records. These views are available on the following

Contracts
The contracts module is integrated into the cemetery records and
accounts receivable systems through the point of invoicing. Consequently,
all service types are supported through the contracts module, together
with the sale of any item recorded in the inventory file. The system
also enables the user to enter in individual payment terms for each
contract, allowing the calculation of interest revenue, late fees,
regular payments, final payment. Support is also provided to include
interest free periods automatically.

Charon
Commissions
The Charon Commissions module provides the facilities to
manage the following information:

Transactions:
All transactions that generate chargeable items are affected by
this module, enabling the calculation of commissions on each inventory
item listed in the cemetery. This portion of the system is inbuilt
within the order entry, inventory and accounts receivable modules
of our cemetery management system. Items can be marked as not commissionable,
or certain items may attract different rates of commission. All
the rules for commissions can be defined by your cemetery.

Charon Trust
and Care
The Charon Trust and Care module enables the automatic generation
of liability (payments due) for all prearranged services and products.
This module automatically generates postings from payments received
from Contract Sales, for example 20% of each payment can be allocated
to your cemetery Trust Fund, ensuring that your cemetery is meeting
it's legal obligations. This module also handles the allocation
of deposits to Endowment Care accounts for new sales made.

This system will recognise cash receipts against a contract and
will automatically calculate the distribution to be made to Trust
accounts based on your cemetery's requirements. Cash Receipts for
