All customisations or enhancements must be tested and approved by at least one other consultant who is familiar with your project before the customisation is installed on your system. By following this methodology, we are able to prevent most potential difficulties from ever appearing on our clients' systems. Once delivered, a final test must be completed and approved by your team on a 'test' system before the code is installed on your 'live' system.

Data Migration
Axiom consultants have successfully converted data from any number of alternative systems. After a first, 'trial' conversion, your team will review the converted data for accuracy. Our consultant will make any adjustments or corrections as necessary based on your team's feedback.

When the new system is commissioned, the data will be converted smoothly and accurately. It happens this easily because our consultants are converting your data for the second time.

Education
Our Training Services are customized for your project, and can be delivered on or off your site. The Lead Consultant for your project will customise every training class to meet your team's unique needs and objectives.

By establishing goals and measurements to the training (i.e., prerequisite and skills surveys), you can be sure that your team is 100% ready to assume ownership and control when the new system is commissioned.
